A friendly financial assistant built to help people save.

Geoff is a digital savings assistant designed to help people better understand their money, build healthier habits and feel more confident about their finances, without judgement or jargon. Yarrh partnered with the Geoff team to shape the brand, visual identity and digital presence: a character-led system that feels approachable, trustworthy and genuinely useful.

01 THE CHALLENGE

Money talk is drowning in beige: same stock photos, same jargon, same forgettable promises. Geoff needed to feel trustworthy enough to handle your finances while sounding like nothing else in the category.

02 THE APPROACH

Lead with character. A hand-drawn mascot you can't ignore, plain-speaking copy that talks to "the busy, the lazy and the muppets", and a system confident enough to put personality where other money brands put small print.

03 THE WORK

Brand and visual identity, illustrated mascot system, typography and guidelines, tone of voice, and a digital presence that turns money admin into something you might actually enjoy, plus out-of-home that put Geoff's face on billboards.

04 THE OUTCOME

A savings assistant people actually warm to: distinctive, honest and impossible to confuse with a bank. A character-led brand that makes better money habits feel friendly rather than preachy.
